5. QR Code Attendance System
5.1 Attendance Marking
- QR codes must only be scanned at legitimate gym locations
- Attendance records are used for gym management and membership tracking
- False or fraudulent attendance marking may result in account suspension
5.2 Data Accuracy
- While we strive for accuracy, attendance data may occasionally contain errors
- Users should report any discrepancies promptly
- Attendance data does not guarantee gym access or membership validity
6. Membership and Payment Terms
6.1 Membership Status
- Membership status is determined by the gym facility, not the App
- The App displays membership information but does not control access rights
